With over a decade in the health and wellness industry, I serve as a Board-Certified Drugless Practitioner, Nutritionist, Mental Health Specialist, and Doctoral Candidate in Psychology. Throughout my career, I've witnessed firsthand how holistic health coaching creates profound transformations — not only for clients but for the coaches who discover their calling in this work.
I created this Institute because I saw a real need for Health Coach education. Too many aspiring health coaches were entering the field without the comprehensive learning, practical tools, and real-world skills needed to create lasting change and build sustainable practices. My mission is to change that.
